As our catalog shows, we love materials that show the hands of our craftsmen and will later show the use of your hands.

The goods we carry are carefully picked. We refuse to sell anything that we wouldn’t be thrilled to use ourselves. We inspect every piece before you see it, and we will only offer high quality. Again, if for any reason you still aren’t satisfied, we’ll take it back.

After leaving his executive chef position, he traveled Japan searching for the finest handmade tools in the world. Though not in the kitchen every day, Sam still hosts a series of underground dinners. His voice is the one you will most often hear in this shop.
